Saudi Arabia – Employment Visa Process

The Government has laid down certain rules under immigration Act 1979 for manpower recruitment on behalf of overseas Employers. We would require the following documents to proceed with smooth and legal recruitment.

Documents Required from Employer (KSA-based Clients):
  • Visa Payment Slip (Ammar Tehsir / Bayan Mehna)
  • Electronic Wakala (via Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • Demand Letter (Attested by KSA Chamber of Commerce & MOFA)
  • Power of Attorney (Attested by KSA Chamber of Commerce & MOFA)
Candidate Document Checklist:
  • Valid Passport (Min. 6-month validity)
  • Original CNIC
  • Signed Employment Contract
  • Academic/Professional Documents (HEC, MOFA, Saudi Culture & Embassy Attested – for technical positions)
  • GAMCA Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  • Polio Vaccination Certificate
  • Biometric Registration (Eitmaad Visa Centre)
  • Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
  • 4 Passport Size Photos (White Background)
Candidate Document Checklist:
  • Done through Saudi Embassy (Islamabad/Karachi)
  • Final submission to the Protector of Emigrants
  • Total Processing Time: 3–4 weeks
United Arab Emirates – Employment Visa Process

Under the regulation of the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE), we ensure complete legal compliance and fast-track procedures.

Key Steps:
  1. Entry Permit Issuance by UAE Employer (valid for 60 days)
  2. Arrival in UAE → Medical test, biometric registration, Emirates ID
  3. Residency Visa Stamping & Labor Card Issuance
Required Documents:
  • Passport (Min. 6-month validity)
  • Employment Contract
  • Passport-size Photos (White Background)
  • Attested Academic Degrees (for skilled roles)
  • UAE Medical Fitness Report
  • Emirates ID Processing Docs

Processing Time: 2–3 weeks after job offer

Qatar – Work Visa Process

Process Overview:

1. Sponsorship & Visa Initiation by Employer
2. Visa Approval & Entry
3. Post-Arrival: Medical, Biometrics & Residency Permit (RP) Issuance

Required Documents:
  • Valid Passport
  • Signed Job Contract
  • Attested Educational/Experience Certificates (as per job)
  • Police Clearance
  • Medical Fitness Report (upon arrival)

Processing Time: 3–5 weeks depending on employer & approvals
